  • Onsite - Fairfax, VA
  • 50-55k
  • -High Volume AR role
  •                 -400-600 invoices/wk…they seemed backlogged on vendor payments  
  •                 -A lot of manual data entry
  •                 -QuickBooks experience is preferred
  • -This person would be a member of a 5 person accounting team

 

Responsibilities:

Superb communication skills (written and oral) is a must. People-friendly and client contact personality is required.

The position includes many other functions such as analysis of clients' financial records, payroll preparation, income tax preparation, production of insurance and various tax reports.

An Associates Accounting Degree is Required. A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting is Preferred. Please Submit Transcripts.

Exposure to Excel, Word, and Outlook is necessary. Working knowledge of QuickBooks is a positive factor.
