Working with an excellent client in the Baltimore area, who is looking to hire an Administrative Assistant.
This is a great opportunity for a self-starting individual to be responsible for workplace management, administrative and some tactical human resource activities.
- Develop PowerPoint presentations
- Covering meetings and conferences
- Assist in coordination with multiple departments
- Ordering Stationary for General office and Printing of BU materials for key meetings
- Booking meeting rooms and Catering + Event management
- Management of the Executive Leadership visits
- Expense management
- Travel management
- Conducting Operational Audits and conducting daily inspections
- Mail & Parcel management
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of Administrative or Executive Assistant Experience
- Experience managing Executives Calendars
- Experience with Travel Logs
- Experience with Front Desk Duties
- Strong problem solving and people management skills
- Able to work individually and within teams
