Working with an excellent client in the Baltimore area, who is looking to hire an Administrative Assistant. 

This is a great opportunity for a self-starting individual to be responsible for workplace management, administrative and some tactical human resource activities. 

  • Develop PowerPoint presentations
  • Covering meetings and conferences 
  • Assist in coordination with multiple departments
  • Ordering Stationary for General office and Printing of BU materials for key meetings
  • Booking meeting rooms and Catering + Event management
  • Management of the Executive Leadership visits
  • Expense management
  • Travel management
  • Conducting Operational Audits and conducting daily inspections
  • Mail & Parcel management

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of Administrative or Executive Assistant Experience
  • Experience managing Executives Calendars 
  • Experience with Travel Logs
  • Experience with Front Desk Duties
  • Strong problem solving and people management skills
  • Able to work individually and within teams
