Details:

  • Onsite - Manhattan, NY  Financial District 
  • $70,000 - 90,000/yr
  • WebEx and Cisco Conference experience

Day to Day:

 

  • Provide end user (desktop) support

  • Provide audio / visual ETS Conference room support

  • Conference room repair and maintenance

  • General Server / PC repair and maintenance (majority Wintel some Mac experience a plus)

  • Crestron troubleshooting and repair

  • Polycom troubleshooting and repair CX 5000

  • Working with third party vendors for Network support and Crestron maintenance

  • AV system monitoring

  • Working with users for proper functionality and training

  • Working with facilities teams for event setups

  • Ordering team, department, and company supplies

  • Setting up all corporate meetings with 200 plus attendees and using professional quality audio and video equipment

  • Working closely with the Executive Leadership Team (White glove like support) for AV issues and setup

  • Video conferencing bridge software, and WebEx when requested
