AutoCAD Draftsman

Overview

 Our drafters ensure that construction plans for a building or structure are technically sound and correct. They make sure every detail of a plan or drawing is accurate before construction progresses to the next step at an architectural firm or organization.

Main Points

• Position located in Longwood, FL
• Pay:25-32/hr.
• Must Have architectural experience
• Must have experience with AutoCAD

Qualifications

• 5+ years working in a qualified Architectural firm with experience working with Residential Homebuilders.
• Experience in light commercial is preferred but not required.
• Proficiency of all aspects of Construction Document development and oversight including both Architectural and Structural components.
• Excellent communication skills is a must. Ability to respond to emails quickly, accurately and grammatically from clients. This is a fast-paced workplace.
• Familiarity with current Florida Building 2020 (7^th Edition). Preferably both Residential and Building.
• Proficient in AutoCAD
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
