Accounting Coordinator

Main Points

  • Needs QuickBooks experience
  • They will be doing 400-600 invoices for entry into QuickBooks weekly.
  • A/R experience/invoicing is required.
  • Must be on site every day.
  • 20-22 dollars an hour

Accounting Specialist

In this newly created role, you will support our Accounting and Finance team on following up with branches as needed to ensure our cash accounts are reconciled.


  • Act as the point of contact between the AP Accounting Team
  • High volume A/R invoicing
  • Make and receive calls, take messages and route correspondence
  • Email branches to follow up on outstanding items or questions
  • Vendor management: facilitate and maintains relationships between organization and vendors


  • Accounting/AR experience preferred
  • QuickBooks highly preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills required
  • Intermediate Excel experience a plus
  • Experience with credit applications a plus
  • 1099 experience a plus
