This role is either a 3 or 6 month contract to hire. The hourly rate is $20-23/hr and the conversion salary is around $50k/yr. This role will primarily involve high volume invoicing and some data entry. This is a hybrid position after the first 90 days
Responsibilities
- Prepare invoices for entry into QuickBooks (400-600 invoices weekly)
- Collect information to accurately create invoices
- Create statements, bills, invoices and other billing documents
- Identify and correct any discrepancies
- Support the billing department to enter vendor payment terms
- Ensure billing and receivables are properly processed within the time requirements utilizing QuickBooks
Requirements
- 1+ year experience with high volume invoicing/billing using QuickBooks (400+ invoices weekly)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products
