Assists with everyday administrative duties and customer contact/retention duties. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: (Other duties may be assigned)
Cold calling, lead generation, company brand awareness 'keeping our name out there'
Assist with database account maintenance, order entries and gathering of information for projects
Perform activities such as follow up phone calls, letters, emails, notifications, etc.
Assist with any customer issues and help coordinate resolution efforts with project managers, service, programming design and logistics as necessary.
Assist with preparing customer proposals, revisions, and presentation materials prior to meeting, including formatting, printing, binding, etc.
Maintain a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and embrace a team centric environment
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience;
