AV Field Service Engineer
As an AV Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the flawless operation, maintenance, and support of audiovisual systems at our client sites. You will work closely with clients, project managers, and technical teams to troubleshoot, repair, and optimize AV systems. Your expertise in AV technology and exceptional customer service skills will be instrumental in ensuring a superior client experience.
AV System Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and preventive maintenance on AV systems to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to AV equipment, including but not limited to projectors, displays, sound systems, video conferencing systems, and control systems.
On-Site Support: Provide on-site technical support and assistance to clients during events, presentations, and meetings to ensure smooth operation of AV equipment.
Remote Support: Offer remote support and troubleshooting for clients who require immediate assistance, ensuring minimal downtime.
Equipment Installation: Assist in the installation and setup of new AV systems, including cabling, mounting, and configuration.
Client Training: Conduct training sessions for clients to educate them on the proper use and maintenance of AV equipment.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of service calls, equipment configurations, and maintenance schedules.
Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and reliability of AV systems by performing regular quality checks and system testing.
Technical Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in AV technology to provide innovative solutions to clients.
Client Communication: Establish and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication, problem-solving, and professionalism.
