Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition and Recruitment: Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top legal talent.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted resource for employees, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
Address and resolve employee concerns and conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
Promote a culture of open communication and respect within the firm.
Performance Management and Development: Implement and oversee performance evaluation processes.
Identify opportunities for employee skill development and career growth.
Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Compensation and Benefits: Administer and review employee compensation and benefits programs.
Ensure competitive and equitable compensation packages.
Stay updated on industry trends to enhance our benefits offerings.
Legal Compliance: Keep abreast of labor laws and regulations to ensure firm-wide compliance.
Oversee the development and maintenance of HR policies and procedures.
Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to legal requirements.
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI): Lead DEI initiatives to promote a diverse and inclusive workplace.
Develop and implement programs to foster a culture of equity and belonging.
HR Analytics and Reporting: Utilize data-driven insights to make informed HR decisions.
Generate regular reports on HR metrics and trends for leadership.
