Account Manager-K12 (Must live in NJ/PA)
Summary: The Account Manager - K-12 Educational Sales will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth by managing and expanding relationships with K-12 educational institutions, school districts, and educational partners. This position requires a deep understanding of the K-12 education market, a consultative sales approach, and the ability to provide tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients. This position features a base salary and commission.
Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with K-12 educational institutions, school districts, and educational partners.
Understand the specific needs, challenges, and goals of each client and tailor product offerings and solutions accordingly.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and act as their trusted advisor.
Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the K-12 education market, including new schools, districts, and partners.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies and achieve revenue targets.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to showcase the value of our educational solutions.
Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our educational products and services, as well as industry trends and competitors.
Stay updated on changes in the K-12 educational landscape, curriculum standards, and technology advancements.
Customer Support and Satisfaction: Ensure that clients receive exceptional customer support, including resolving issues, addressing concerns, and providing timely responses to inquiries.
Gather feedback from clients to continuously improve our products and services.
