Summary: The Account Manager - K-12 Educational Sales will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth by managing and expanding relationships with K-12 educational institutions, school districts, and educational partners. This position requires a deep understanding of the K-12 education market, a consultative sales approach, and the ability to provide tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients. This position features a base salary and commission.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with K-12 educational institutions, school districts, and educational partners.

  • Understand the specific needs, challenges, and goals of each client and tailor product offerings and solutions accordingly.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and act as their trusted advisor.

  • Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the K-12 education market, including new schools, districts, and partners.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies and achieve revenue targets.

  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to showcase the value of our educational solutions.

  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our educational products and services, as well as industry trends and competitors.

  • Stay updated on changes in the K-12 educational landscape, curriculum standards, and technology advancements.

  • Customer Support and Satisfaction: Ensure that clients receive exceptional customer support, including resolving issues, addressing concerns, and providing timely responses to inquiries.

  • Gather feedback from clients to continuously improve our products and services.
