Director of Corporate Sales
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Corporate Sales with a proven track record in Audio-Visual (AV) and Video Teleconferencing (VTC) sales. The ideal candidate will lead our corporate sales team, driving revenue growth through strategic planning, client relationship management, and effective sales strategies. This role demands a deep understanding of AV/VTC solutions, exceptional leadership skills, and a strong history of exceeding sales targets in the corporate sector. This position features commission and bonus structure.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy focused on expanding market share, increasing revenue, and achieving growth targets within the AV/VTC sector for corporate clients.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the corporate sales team to achieve and exceed individual and collective sales goals. Foster a collaborative and high-performance sales culture.
Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within corporate organizations. Identify client needs, propose tailored AV/VTC solutions, and provide consultative guidance to enhance their communication and collaboration capabilities.
Solution Selling: Leverage your deep understanding of AV/VTC technologies to articulate the value proposition of our solutions. Present and demonstrate product features, benefits, and ROI to clients in a persuasive and compelling manner.
Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities within the AV/VTC space. Use this knowledge to refine sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.
Pipeline Management: Monitor and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting, timely follow-up, and effective communication with internal teams.
