Job description

  • Provide administrative support to the office staff and management team
  • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries
  • Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for multiple individuals
  • Prepare and proofread documents, reports, and correspondence
  • Maintain filing systems, both physical and electronic, ensuring accuracy and organization
  • Assist with order entry and inventory management as needed
  • Perform general clerical tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing
  • Act as a personal assistant to executives, providing support with various tasks

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour
