Job description
- Provide administrative support to the office staff and management team
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for multiple individuals
- Prepare and proofread documents, reports, and correspondence
- Maintain filing systems, both physical and electronic, ensuring accuracy and organization
- Assist with order entry and inventory management as needed
- Perform general clerical tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing
- Act as a personal assistant to executives, providing support with various tasks
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Salary: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour
