Responsibilities 

  • Create monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports 
  • Analyze and interpret financial data
  • Provide advice to management on financial actions and strategies in order to meet company goals 
  • Prepare budgets
  • Oversee and manage financial activities and personnel
  • Maintain a proper system of accounting records and strategies 
  • Conduct audits 
  • Ensure compliance with all state and federal laws, stay up-to-date with law changes and readjust policies to ensure compliance

Requirements 

  • 10+ years relevant work experience 
  • Experience within a construction company 
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Bachelors Degree in Accounting preferred
