Responsibilities
- Create monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
- Analyze and interpret financial data
- Provide advice to management on financial actions and strategies in order to meet company goals
- Prepare budgets
- Oversee and manage financial activities and personnel
- Maintain a proper system of accounting records and strategies
- Conduct audits
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal laws, stay up-to-date with law changes and readjust policies to ensure compliance
Requirements
- 10+ years relevant work experience
- Experience within a construction company
- Excellent communication skills
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting preferred
