We are working with an excellent client who is looking to hire someone that is an experienced customer service manager in South Charlotte, NC. They are looking for someone who has great communication skills along with experience in warehouse distribution.

Job Description:

  • 100% onsite
  • Provide leadership and coaching to assure that all employees succeed in meeting individual performance goals as well as career growth
  • Establish performance benchmarks and hold team to those goals
  • Expanding and training growing teams
  • High order volume experience
  • Understanding warehousing and distribution
  • Resolve customer conflicts and handle escalation procedures
  • Provide feedback to CSR team members in regards to quality and quantity of work


  • Warehouse experience is a must
  • Must be able to effectively communicate with others
  • 3PL experience
  • Must be able to go onsite everyday
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
