Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Electrical Engineer with experience in PCB design and electronics development to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing electrical systems and components, with a focus on PCB layout and electronics design. The Electrical Engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of electrical engineering projects, from concept development to product delivery. The incumbent will play a key role in driving the advancement of our electrical systems and contributing to the overall success of our product development initiatives. This is a 6 month contract to direct hire.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop electrical systems and components, including PCB layouts, circuit designs, and schematics, in accordance with project requirements and industry standards.

• Conduct feasibility studies and analysis to assess the performance, reliability, and efficiency of electrical designs, and provide recommendations for design improvements.

• Collaborate with hardware and software engineers to integrate electrical components into overall product designs, ensuring seamless functionality and compatibility.

• Create and review technical documentation, including design specifications, testing procedures, and user manuals, to support the development and manufacturing of electrical systems.

• Conduct rigorous testing and verification of electrical designs to ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory compliance.

• Troubleshoot and debug electrical issues during the development and testing phases, and implement effective solutions to resolve technical challenges.

• Stay updated with the latest advancements in electrical engineering technologies and industry trends, and apply this knowledge to enhance product designs and development processes.

• Collaborate with external suppliers and manufacturers to select appropriate components and materials for electrical systems and ensure cost-effective solutions.

• Provide technical support and guidance to cross-functional teams, including mentoring junior engineers and technicians, to foster a collaborative and productive work environment.

• Communicate project updates, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders, and actively participate in design reviews and project meetings to ensure effective collaboration and alignment with project goals.
