Application Support Specialist


  • Write/modify scalable and clean code using .net programming languages
  • Collaborate with internal teams to make enhancements and updates
  • Revise, update, refactor and debug Code if needed
  • Serve as an expert on internal applications and provide Technical Support
  • Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues
  • Provide IT support (direct/remote/phone) for trouble shooting daily email/internet/desktop issues to internal and external staff
  • Coordinate with external mobile/web development team to make sure they follow the requirement specification


  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
  • 2-5 years of technical experience
  • Banking and credit union experience a plus
  • Technical Skills: Fluency in, C#, ASP.NET, T-SQL, AJAX, HTML, JavaScript, WCF, MVC, and others as necessary.
