Receptionist Administrative Assistant

Job Summary:

Receptionists are the first point of contact for the Company and provide administrative support across the organization. Receptionists handle the flow of visitors through the business and ensure that all receptionist responsibilities are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.

Job Responsibilities:

Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing. and announcing them appropriately
Monitors, responds to, and distributes incoming communications
Coordinates office support services, including facilities management and building maintenance
Support staff with other administrative duties as needed
Supports the coordination of conference calls, meetings, and events, may include supporting travel process and arrangements
Maintains security by following procedures and controlling access
Secures and manages office vendors
Orders office supplies, and manages their storage and distribution
Maintains order and cleanliness in conference rooms, break areas, supply areas

Job Qualifications:

2+ years work in professional services and/or consulting environment
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Presents a highly professional image
Demonstrated commitment to high quality customer service interactions and consistent quality 
Ability to function in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment
Capacity to handle multiple objectives and workflows
Strong organizational skills
Advanced computer skills along with the ability to train others on system usage
Extensive Internet research abilities
