Office 365 / O365 Senior Engineer

Seeking thoughtful, analytical, and high energy O365 Engineer that will be responsible for providing MS O365 migration support services. The O365 Engineer role will be responsible for the technical aspects of the migration activities, this includes provide proactive guidance and remediation assistance.

         Customer/Client Support


Primary Responsibilities:

         Help transform the traditional on premises deployment approach to an automated Onboarding Service for customers larger than 2,000 seats.
         Drive the technical execution and provide automation improvements to maintain customer and partner satisfaction during the Deployment phase and into the operational phase.
         Developing exceptionally strong and transparent working relationships with the existing teams to deliver expected customer and business results.
         Troubleshooting skills in connectivity and migrations to MS O365, Outlook and cloud
         Cloud competency understanding of services and the complexity of the issues that arise in migrations and deployment to the cloud.
         Experience with Outlook Anywhere
         Execute and manage a set of Office 365 customers and partners thru the technical migration process.
         Assist Office 365 team with configuration of onboarding tools and processes technology
         Analyze, develop and communicate key Onboarding and Offboarding process and technology improvement feedback for Office 365 Onboarding and Offboarding; and the entire deployment cycle.



         Self-driven engaging O365 Engineer with proven history of demonstrated technical skills and leadership
         Strong communication skills to effectively drive recommendations and land priorities across customers, senior executives and across organizational boundaries
         Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, build and deliver customer and partner business results thru an engineering or professional services team.
         Strong problem solving ability ranging from conceptualization to implementation to operationalizing.
         Microsoft Office 365 technical competency: Possess a broad knowledgebase of Office 365 technical architecture.
Must meet all requirements for obtaining and maintaining a Public Trust Clearance
Direct experience with Microsoft Corporation a Plus.
