AV Project Manager

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist sales personnel to ensure competitive and accurate bid to customer.
Conducts building site surveys to identify any problems prior to bid or installation.
Work directly with customer to establish and publish project timeline and completion dates.
Responsible for communicating project progress/changes to customer and company installation and technical staff.
Complements project documentation with company generated CAD drawings.
Responsible for attending/conducting project meetings with installation or construction personnel.
Assist with scheduling of installation and technical staff and any associated subcontractors.
Coordinates project change orders with sales personnel.
Manage multiple projects at differing stages of completion.
Responsible for each project from the bidding stage through the final project completion and sign off.
Termination of cabling at the head end rack locations, programming of components, troubleshooting and testing of systems.
Training of customer or end user personnel on operation and maintenance of system.

Qualifications and Experience:

The Specialized AV Engineering Manager shall possess a minimum five-years of experience.
A working knowledge of communications and computer systems is required.
Fundamental IT/Data Network knowledge a must.
AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite.
Crestron experience is a bonus.
