Warehouse Order Processor Lead

The warehouse Order Processor Team Lead is responsible for all allocation, printing, routing and verification of all outbound orders.  All order types and the distribution of all work-orders (picks) to the picking team.  This position is a 90% office role with a requirement for a large proficiency in Excel and technical ability.  Equally important is this Order Processor’s ability to read, comprehend and communicate all changes in routing guides.  The order processor is responsible to establish the daily shipping plan, organize a value-add-service strategy and to maintain the shipment load schedule.  This role is the right hand of the warehouse manager and supervisor in relation to providing opening/close warehouse backup assistance, but will work closely with the assistance order processor.


Allocating, printing, routing and verification of outbound orders. This extends, but is not limited to all Stores, LTL, UPS, FedEx and discount stores.
Read, comprehend and communicate all changes in routing guides, as they pertain to the business.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Vendor Compliance Guide review (monthly) Publish and track status of any changes.
Assist the order processor which consists of printing, processing orders, etc…
Scan BOL’s daily and file electronically accordingly
Assist in charge back research
RF handheld experience
Excel experience
Outlook experience

Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role with exposure to calculations and formulas
MHE certification is a plus, but not required


Must stay within acceptable departmental KPI.
