Help Desk Analyst

Great client in Columbia area looking to add to their growing Help Desk team. Looking to hire immediately. 


  Provided installation and troubleshooting of hardware, software, and connectivity on both PCs and MAC computers
  Provided software application support including Office 365 upgrades, repairs and licensing, Outlook issues, Skype for Business, Microsoft Office, and more 
  Utilized Active Directory for account creation, provisioning, password resets, and more
   Utilized remote desktop software including GoToAssist, Bomgar and Skype for Business to resolve end user’s issues
     Troubleshot, repaired, and installed hardware devices such as monitors, printers, docking stations, tablets, and more
     Experience imaging both Windows and Mac machines for mass deployment using SCCM, Pixe Boot, and MDOS command line
         Responded to inbound and outbound calls troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving software and hardware issues for end users
