Client Service Manager



The Client Service Manager is an integral part of the Investment Advisory team and is responsible for the day to day operational needs of a select group of clients working directly with our client’s Senior Investment Advisors and the Director of Client Services.  If you are passionate about serving clients, are a problem-solver, and a team player, then we would love to speak with you.




Coordinate day-to-day client operational needs including, facilitating cash needs and transfers, completing custodial paperwork, following up with clients as necessary and answering any client operational questions
Input and update financial planning software with client information
Review quarterly reports to send to senior advisor/client
Schedule client meetings and prepare meeting materials including performance updates
Document client meetings and ensure all follow up items are completed utilizing the CRM system
Serve as back up for trading as needed
Manage new client paperwork including custodial paperwork, client agreements and investment policy statements
Ensure all client files are created and clients are added to CRM
Provide support and conduct special projects as needed for the Director of Client Services and the investment advisory team.




Minimum 3-5 years client service operations experience in the financial services industry including opening of accounts, wire transfers, ACATS, quarterly reporting, and trading
Series 65 or equivalent certification preferred
Experience with Tamarac CRM system a plus
Experience with Schwab and/or Fidelity Institutional platforms preferred
Strong client relationship skills and experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Highly organized and strong attention to detail

Ability to effectively work in a client focused team environment, building a spirit of cooperation, and sharing knowledge and skills with others in the group
Resourcefulness, energetic, and the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to prepare clear and concise client-ready documents
