Duties and Responsibilities
Under direction of Services Managers, the Help Desk Analyst will:
Process and manage maritime vessel information.
Prepare and email Weekly Reports to management.
Compile and mail monthly customer reports.
Provide our Finance Group with monthly reports of billable items.
Receive, process and manage calls from commercial customers and government agencies.
Provide troubleshooting support to customers and government agencies.
Become proficient with the operation and monitoring of proprietary computer programs.
Document all requests, maintain logs and/or keep records updated.
Interact professionally with our international corporate offices.
Forward sales leads to the Managers.
Share on-call Help Desk attendant responsibilities.
