Helpdesk Lead

Duties will include:

•             Provide phone support and requires excellent communications skills.

•             Perform tasks related to the daily operation and support of Windows and Apple Mac based desktop and laptops.

•             Assist in various phases for installing, testing, maintaining, and upgrading client systems hardware and software.

•             Assist in the preparation of documentation for processes and procedures for accomplishing functional responsibilities.

Experience Requirements

•             7 years of technical experience

•             A+ certification

•             Personal transportation
