Project Coordinator

We are seeking an experience federal project coordinator.

Responsibilities include:

Work with internal and external parties on a vast array of projects
Coordinate schedules and activities
 Maintain Software/Technical Metrics
Place orders for supplies and services  and track progress and results
Oversee the planning, implementation and tracking of projects 
Assisting Proposal Management team
Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements, specifically ensuring that the team understands what is required in respect to Statements of Work and Contract Deliverables
Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience
Ability to deliver high quality documentation paying attention to detail
Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts 
Communicate with team members to ensure they are aware of any new developments in project status; this could include organizing meetings, updating project schedules, and ensuring all concerned parties are aware of project deadlines. 
Prepare correspondence including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint documentation in support of team projects.
