Customer Support Sales Professional

Our Requirements

Qualified applicants will possess a minimum of two (2) years’ experience providing customer or sales support in a service or product sales environment. Previous experience in sales support, inside sales or marketing is a plus, as is prior work with technical products or services.  

Our ideal candidate will also possess:

Proficiency in the MS Office suite including Word, Excel and Outlook.

A strong technical orientation to understand and convey technical product specifications and features of Company’s products to customers and distributors. 
The ability to foster and maintain positive working relationships with all internal staff and customers.
The ability to multi-task and achieve multiple competing deadlines.
Strong attention to detail. 

Qualified candidates must be able to maintain a highly flexible schedule to include last-minute travel ability to support Sales efforts.  Travel time can be up to 33% throughout the US and Canada.
