Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Manager (Must have active Secret)

Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide total lifecycle support of systems, including analysis, planning, and detailed design of all engineering specific logistics support.
Create plan to transition hardware and equipment from contractor to up to end user activities [denoted by UIC and DUIC]..
Inventory review-  Develop a process to review all installation inventories on hand and validate the inventories at each site. Review each inventory against the price proposal or bill of material (BOM) for each contract.
Work with local property office to determine appropriate Unit Identification code (UIC) or Derivative Unit Identification Code (DUIC) for each piece of equipment based on end user delivery.
Develop a process to automatically allocate appropriate equipment to the correct UIC/DUIC in the inventory list.
Research and provide Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code for all equipment manufacturers identified on inventories.
Develop a process for client to transfer property through the Logistics Modernization Program (LMP), Property Book Unite Supply Enhanced (PBUSE), and Global Combat Support System–Army (GCSS-Army) as applicable to include all ancillary programs/software.

Develop a process and procedure to transfer infrastructure equipment
Develop a process and procedure to transfer end user devices such as subscriber unit radios
Provide a work flow diagram for all process and procedures developed

Review all inventory related deliverables and performance work statement for potential process improvement related to property accountability.
Train client personnel on the process / procedures developed.

Knowledge, Skill, and Abilities

Minimum 10 years of experience in ILS. Five of which should be related to provisioning within Army Enterprise Systems Integration Program (AESIP), GCSS-A, and working with PBUSE.
Background knowledge/experience with Land Mobile Radio Systems is desired.
