Marketing Coordinator


Placing copy into layout, sending proofs, scheduling, and deploying email communications
Managing the Communications calendar and monitoring email frequency, making recommendations for consolidation if necessary

 Content Management

Making minor updates to website
Gathering content for regular email publications, including the weekly briefing and Board report

Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience
Adobe Creative Suite proficiency preferred
MailChimp, WordPress, GoToWebinar, HootSuite, and/or similar platforms
Experience managing vendor relationships, including payment and record-keeping
Strong attention to detail and skilled prioritization required
Experience with Microsoft Dynamic CRM preferred
Some HTML/CSS preferred
