Manage LAN/WAN equipment including switches, firewalls, routers, etc.
Maintain and troubleshoot VOIP infrastructure
Manages telecommunication projects
Maintains inventory of equipment and parts as well as documentation of vendor activities
Develops and documents system standards for computer and network devices.
Execute incident handling procedures as directed in the event of a data breach
Deliver IT security training to staff
End User Support
Serve as primary point of contact for the IT Department
Troubleshoot issues as needed to support user requests
Serve as technical liaison between end users and vendors as required
Designs and conducts training programs; providing references and support.
Provide input to Director, Head of Servicing and Operations on IT policies and procedures
Other duties as assigned
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field OR equivalent experience within the IT industry
Minimum 3 years' experience administering Microsoft Server environment
Experience addressing Hardware and software issues
Enhancing computer equipment (e.g. adding RAM, new hard disk to existing computer/laptop).
Diagnose and fix hardware issues
Troubleshoot issues pertaining to other hardware (printer, fax machine)
Troubleshoot software issues
Experience with SQL Server administration, website maintenance, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure and/or Infrastructure as a Service is a plus
Familiarity with maintaining and troubleshooting enterprise Wi-Fi networks
Familiarity with managing and monitoring Anti-Virus server
Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) environment preferred
Familiarity with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, and SharePoint
Familiarity with Nortridge (loan servicing software) a plus
Ability to effectively communicate technical information among a broad spectrum of personnel
Ability to work independently
