Field Sales Manager: Laurel, MD 

Job Description:

The Field Sales Manager will be responsible for leading our Field Sales Team in achieving targeted sales and profits.  In this critical role you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the Field Sales Team such as developing scorecards, KPIs, programs/incentives, and forecasting tools. The Field Sales Manager will be the conduit between the Independent Field Sales Rep Team and all functional areas within the organization, ensuring the business is obtaining what is required reach goals and achieve the highest level of service.  


Experience in Retail or Consumer Goods Sales 

Proactive and focused on results 
High degree of energy

Open attitude towards change
Hands-on, pragmatic approach to work
Structured, well organized, detail oriented
4 year degree required
Proven track record of sales success and managing a team
Fact based selling skills required
3-5 years of relevant sales experience required
Must be proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Extensive Travel is required
