MAINTENANCE SUPERSIVOR – MANUFACTURING PLANT – BALTIMORE CITY
The Manufacturing Maintenance Supervisor (MMS) is responsible for integrity and performance of the facility, machinery, kilns, utilities, boilers, water treatment plant, auxiliary equipment, and maintenance workforce.
Job Duties include but are not limited to the following:
Supervise/manage the maintenance workforce and contractors performing the maintenance activities of the plant.
Defining, trouble-shooting, analyzing, monitoring, evaluating, re-designing, and resolving equipment issues.
Planning, budgeting, material procurement, scheduling, directing, and oversight of equipment maintenance, inspections, calibrations, PM’s, and improvements.
Implementing and adherence to plant/ISO rules, regulations, and policies.
Comply with safety, health, and environmental regulations as prescribed by law.
Administer training for safety, environmental, and ISO needs.
Develop and maintain an inventory system for spare parts.
5 years maintenance supervisory experience in a manufacturing plant
Experience with working with boilers, air compressors, furnaces, water treatment, chillers, etc.
Ability to work hands-on with maintenance employees, when required
Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Excel, Outlook, and Word
Ability to read/develop blueprints and schematics
College degree a plus
Union Experience a plus
