Technical Support / Tier 1/Tier II

Our client is looking to hire a Tier I/Tier II Support Team Rep needed for our Managed Services/Infrastructure Services Division. This position includes a wide array of responsibilities surrounding the support of our corporate client base. You will be expected to work on servers, workstations and will primarily be troubleshooting end-user issues remotely and on-site as needed.  The position will also help with network infrastructure and project work as needed. 

Fundamental Requirements:
Solid Microsoft desktop & server support experience
Exceptional communication skills
Ability to stay on-task when not  under direct supervision

High Desired Skills & Experience:

Must have a degree
At least 2-4 years experience in the IT field
Knowledge of VMWare, Citrix and general virtualization techniques
Knowledge of Microsoft server platforms including Active Directory/Exchange
Networking - firewalls, managed switches, wifi technologies, VPN's
