Salary: $55,000 - 65,000/year
Duties:
Collect and analyze environmental data using tools such as Python, GPS, and AutoCAD
Conduct fieldwork to collect samples and monitor environmental conditions
Use laboratory equipment to analyze samples and interpret results
Write technical reports and present findings to clients or stakeholders
Develop plans to manage environmental issues and mitigate risks
Provide recommendations for improving environmental sustainability
Maintain a garden or greenhouse to study plant growth and soil quality
Utilize mechanical knowledge to maintain equipment and troubleshoot issues
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or related field
Experience with Python, GPS, AutoCAD, and laboratory equipment
Strong technical writing skills for creating reports and presenting findings
Ability to conduct fieldwork in various weather conditions and terrains
Knowledge of environmental regulations and policies
Experience with maintaining a garden or greenhouse is a plus
