Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent with a strong background in commercial construction to join our team. As a Construction Superintendent, you will play a vital role in overseeing and managing all aspects of our construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Commercial construction experience is highly preferred for this role. Car and phone allowance included in position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site leadership and supervision for construction projects, ensuring they adhere to safety, quality, and timeline standards.

• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and construction crews.

• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with plans and specifications.

• Collaborate with project managers to develop project schedules and budgets.

• Identify and resolve project-related issues and challenges in a proactive manner.

• Enforce safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for all project personnel.

• Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, progress photos, and change orders.

• Communicate project status and updates to project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers.

• Manage project resources efficiently, including labor, equipment, and materials.

• Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
