Details:

• Onsite around the Palm Beach Area, FL
• $85,000- $90,000 + 15% bonus
• US Citizen or GCH
• Bachelors Degree

Day to Day:

• Set project timeline
• Monitor project deliverables
• Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress
• Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them
• Collaborate with engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the project
• Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements
• Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations
• Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met
• Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports
• Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues
• Reconcile financials on a weekly bases

Qualifications:

• Construction Management or Construction, Mechanical or General Engineering degree preferred and/or completion of a qualified Mechanical apprenticeship program
• +8 years’ experience in the mechanical contracting industry is preferred, but not required
