Location: Baltimore, MD

Pay: 65-85K 

This position is for someone who knows code, but would like to get in to the business analyst field.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve applications and software
• Capable of working effectively in an agile environment
• Strong desire to learn and improve the development of enterprise-scale applications
• Translates product/project requirements into clean, efficient code
• Actively participates in road mapping and daily stand-ups
• Maintain infrastructure security and software updates for all supported technologies
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum of two (2) years experience working with web development
• Proficiency in PHP, Python, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, MySQL and related frameworks
• Familiarity with Version Control Systems such as Git or Subversion
• Experience working with XML/JSON data models and integration with/creation of REST APIs
• Ability to debug and troubleshoot complex problems quickly and accurately
• Strong documentation writing skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and deadlines
