This is a full-time position that will require frequent travel. Some travel will be local and other travel will require flying to client sites. The salary is $20-30/hr based on experience and education. When traveling to a client site that you are flown to, you will get an additional $10-15/hr. All expenses will be paid for when traveling. Responsibilities 

• Provide excellent customer support for customer service related issues
• Use ERP to assist with Service Reports
• Communicate effectively and work with other teams within the company 
• Manage all on-site installation, repair and troubleshooting tasks
• Provide timely, accurate and detailed service reports
• Form and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Document service and installation records by filling out forms, logs, reports and updating records accurately 

Requirements 

• Valid Driver's License
• 2+ years of relevant professional experience
• Experience with ERP systems
• Amazing customer service and communication skills
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical wirings
