- Need valid driver’s license and proof of insurance
- Plan and manage construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and procurement.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project specifications are met.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective solutions to keep projects on track.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety on-site.
- Provide clear direction to construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring all parties are aligned with project goals.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess work quality, identify issues, and make necessary adjustments.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and managing expectations.
