Working with an Excellent Client that is looking to hire a Loan Processor in Frederick & Columbia MD! This position is a direct hire role with great opportunity for growth. Starting salary is $55-$60k.

Primary Functions Include:

The loan processor gathers all the necessary documentation required to receive the loan, including employment verification, bank statements, monthly bills and other income information, if applicable. They then organize the information in the customer's file so the underwriter can locate the information quickly.

Requirements:

Bachelors Degree
Communication skills
Able to work in a fast paced environment
Good multi-tasking skills
