New and Exciting Job opportunity / Billing Specialist:
Location: Baltimore, Maryland
Direct Hire: Hybrid Role - once integrated
Primary duties and responsibilities would include:
- Generating and editing monthly invoices for submission to client electronic billing platforms
- execute complex bills in a timely manner
- professionally interact and communicate with secretaries and clients.
- Review and verify accuracy of billing and supporting documentation as required
- Research and respond to inquiries regarding billing issues and problems
Skills / Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a willingness to work with others at all levels of the firm are a must.
- Strong technology and office skills, including advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- An aptitude for working with numbers.
- Ability to adapt to client driven billing guideline and technology platform changes.
- Ability to operate in a deadline-driven environment.
- High School Diploma, College Preferred
