New and Exciting Job opportunity / Billing Specialist: 

Location: Baltimore, Maryland 

Direct Hire: Hybrid Role - once integrated 


Primary duties and responsibilities would include: 

  • Generating and editing monthly invoices for submission to client electronic billing platforms 
  • execute complex bills in a timely manner
  • professionally interact and communicate with secretaries and clients.
  • Review and verify accuracy of billing and supporting documentation as required
  • Research and respond to inquiries regarding billing issues and problems

Skills / Qualifications: 

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a willingness to work with others at all levels of the firm are a must.
  • Strong technology and office skills, including advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • An aptitude for working with numbers.
  • Ability to adapt to client driven billing guideline and technology platform changes.
  • Ability to operate in a deadline-driven environment. 
  • High School Diploma, College Preferred
