This role will require you to obtain a clearance 

Job Responsibilities 

  • Prepare monthly financial reports, budgets and forecasts

  • Prepare monthly government contract billings.

  • Administer maintenance in Costpoint (ERP) system

  • Review and prepares government proposals for new business 

  • Assists in execution of government contracts.

  • Collaborate successfully within the team to complete assignments 

  • Prepare cost reporting for Government customers

Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Public Administration, Accounting or related field 

  • 3+ years experience with financial reporting and administering US Government contracts.

  • Experience with and  knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and other Government contract regulations

  • Experience with accounting and financial reporting

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Strong problem-solving ability

  • Experience with Costpoint and Deltek is preferred
