Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated EEODI (Equal Employment Opportunity and Diversity and Inclusion) Data Program Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in utilizing statistical tools such as SPSS, Stata, and CISPro, coupled with experience in Entellitrak or ARAPS. This individual will play a key role in managing and analyzing data related to equal employment opportunity, diversity, and inclusion initiatives within our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Data Management: Oversee the collection, validation, and management of data related to EEODI programs.

• Develop and implement robust data collection processes to ensure accuracy and completeness.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define data requirements and ensure data integrity.

• Statistical Analysis: Utilize statistical tools such as SPSS, Stata, and CISPro to analyze EEODI data sets.

• Provide insights and recommendations based on statistical analyses to support decision-making processes.

• Conduct trend analyses and identify patterns to inform diversity and inclusion strategies.

• System Proficiency: Demonstrate proficiency in Entellitrak or ARAPS to manage and extract relevant data for reporting purposes.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of system capabilities and updates to optimize data utilization.

• Reporting: Generate comprehensive and accurate reports on EEODI metrics for internal and external stakeholders.

• Develop and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators related to diversity and inclusion.

• Compliance and Auditing: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards related to EEODI data reporting.

• Collaborate with auditing teams to provide necessary documentation and support during audits.
