AV Field Service Engineer
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled AV Field Services Engineer to join our team. As an AV Field Services Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting services for audiovisual (AV) systems at various client locations. Your expertise in AV technology and exceptional problem-solving abilities will play a crucial role in delivering superior service and ensuring seamless AV experiences for our customers.
AV System Installation: Install and configure AV systems, including projectors, video conferencing equipment, displays, audio systems, and control systems, following industry standards and manufacturer guidelines.
On-site Support: Travel to client sites to set up, test, and commission AV equipment, ensuring optimal performance and functionality.
Technical Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues related to AV systems, troubleshoot connectivity problems, audio or video quality issues, and other technical glitches promptly and effectively.
Preventive Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on AV systems to prevent potential problems and ensure consistent performance and reliability.
Customer Interaction: Interact with clients professionally, providing excellent customer service, understanding their AV needs, and addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of AV installations, repairs, and service visits, ensuring all paperwork and documentation are completed promptly.
Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality of AV installations and services, following industry best practices and company standards.
Training: Provide basic training to clients on AV equipment usage and best practices for optimal performance.
Collaboration: Collaborate with project managers, designers and other team members.
