New Job Opportunity - AV Production Manager:
New and exciting job opportunity out of Broomall, PA. Looking to hire an experienced AV manager with at least 4+ years of prior professional experience working in the Audio Visual (AV) field and 2+ years in a management/coordinator role
Logistics of the Role:

Day to Day Activities:
- Main responsibility will be coordinating & scheduling projects.
- Virtually meet with their contact at the prime regarding future projects, status updates, etc.
- Oversee all aspects of AV project life cycle including but not limited to: deliverables, day-to-day operational and budget aspects of project and scope; resolve or escalate issues, and facilitate team, user, and leadership communications.
- Responsible for overall communication and completion of each project as well as project scheduling with each client (to include government contracts)
- Create project schedules
- Participate in planning efforts, construction meetings, conduct site visits, and provide ongoing coordination of AV-related elements between AV contractor, structured cable, and electrical contractor.
- Serve as the primary contact for procurement and support requests with contracted vendors for department-supported learning environments.
Qualifications:
- Must have AV industry experience as well as project management experience (Planning / Scheduling)
- At least 4+ years of relevant job-related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- High School Diploma, Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Communication Skills
