Account Manager - Live Events
As the Live Events Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, building and maintaining strong relationships while ensuring their event visions are brought to life. You will work closely with our internal teams, including Event Production, Technical Operations, and Creative Design, to coordinate all aspects of event planning and execution. Your exceptional communication and organizational skills will be instrumental in delivering successful events that leave a lasting impression.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their event objectives and providing excellent customer service throughout the entire event lifecycle.
- Collaborate with clients to develop event concepts and proposals that align with their goals, budget, and preferences.
- Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and timely execution of event plans.
- Coordinate and manage all logistical aspects of live events, including venue selection, vendor negotiations, event schedules, and on-site coordination.
- Work closely with the Event Production team to ensure that all event elements, such as staging, audio-visual, and décor, are seamlessly integrated into the overall experience.
- Provide regular updates to clients on event progress, addressing any questions or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Prepare detailed event budgets and timelines, monitoring expenses and adhering to financial targets.
- Conduct post-event evaluations and gather client feedback to identify areas for improvement and future opportunities.
- Stay current with industry trends and innovations to offer creative and innovative event solutions to clients.
