Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative/Project Coordinator to support the efficient and effective execution of various projects within the company. The ideal candidate will have a strong administrative background, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively. This role will involve managing administrative tasks, coordinating project activities, and ensuring seamless communication between different teams and stakeholders. This is a 6 month contract to direct hire and is hybrid 4 days onsite 1 day remote.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to project managers and team members, including scheduling meetings, organizing travel arrangements, and managing correspondence.

  • Facilitate the coordination and implementation of project plans, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within budget.

  • Maintain and update project documentation, including project schedules, progress reports, and meeting minutes, to ensure accurate and timely information flow.

  • Serve as a central point of contact for all project-related inquiries, clarifying requirements, and addressing any issues or concerns that may arise.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and seamless workflow between departments and project stakeholders.

  • Assist in the preparation of project proposals, presentations, and reports, ensuring that all documents are well-organized, accurate, and meet company standards.

  • Monitor project timelines and milestones, identifying potential risks and proposing solutions to ensure the successful and timely completion of projects.

  • Conduct research and gather data to support project planning and decision-making processes.

  • Participate in meetings and brainstorming sessions, providing valuable input and contributing to the development of innovative project strategies and solutions.

  • Uphold company policies and procedures, adhering to established guidelines and standards while promoting a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and excellence.
