Job Title: Member Service Representative (Credit Union)

  •  Location: Washington DC
  •  Must: have credit union or banking experience
  • Salary: $19 per hour plus quarterly incentives/bonus


  • Greet and assist members in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Process financial transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and transfers.
  • Educate members on our products and services, including checking and savings accounts, loans, and credit cards.
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell products and services that meet the financial needs of our members.
  • Resolve member inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Adhere to all regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals and objectives.


  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in customer service, preferably in a financial institution.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with financial software.
  • Must be able to pass background, drug, and credit checks.
