Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with other internal teams, such as technical support, sales, and product development, to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.

  • Document all customer interactions accurately and thoroughly in the CRM system, ensuring a comprehensive and up-to-date record of customer interactions.

  • Effectively educate customers about our products, services, features, and policies, helping them make informed decisions.

  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.

  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and share customer feedback to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
