Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer with a strong background in PCB design and RF (Radio Frequency) engineering. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of hands-on experience in electrical engineering, with a proven track record of designing and developing complex PCB layouts and RF systems. As an Electrical Engineer with expertise in PCB and RF, you will play a pivotal role in the design, testing, and optimization of cutting-edge electronic systems. This is a 6 month contract to direct hire.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop complex PCB layouts for various electronic products, ensuring signal integrity, power distribution, and manufacturability.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including hardware engineers, software engineers, and industrial designers to define electrical specifications and integrate components into systems.

• Utilize advanced RF design techniques to create high-performance RF circuits and systems, considering factors such as impedance matching, noise, and interference.

• Perform simulation, testing, and validation of RF components and systems using industry-standard tools and equipment.

• Troubleshoot and debug hardware and RF-related issues, proposing and implementing solutions to ensure product performance and reliability.

• Participate in the selection and evaluation of components for use in electronic designs, taking into account cost, availability, and performance.

• Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure smooth transition from design to production, providing guidance on design-for-manufacturability (DFM) and design-for-testability (DFT) principles.

• Keep up-to-date with the latest advancements in PCB design, RF engineering, and electronic components to contribute innovative ideas to the team.

• Create and maintain documentation including schematics, layouts, test plans, and design specifications.
