Job description

  • Provide administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and proofread documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing office supplies.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner.
  • Make travel arrangements for the CEO and coordinate his trips across our 5 offices.
  • Utilize software applications such as DocuSign, Google Suite, and Outlook Calendar to assist with daily tasks.
  • Assist with special projects and events as needed.
