Executive Assistant (Temporary)
- Austin, TX
- 2-3 month contract (could go longer)
- Provide administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements.
- Prepare and proofread documents, reports, and presentations.
- Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing office supplies.
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner.
- Make travel arrangements for the CEO and coordinate his trips across our 5 offices.
- Utilize software applications such as DocuSign, Google Suite, and Outlook Calendar to assist with daily tasks.
- Assist with special projects and events as needed.
